Sustainable Materials

Our boxes are crafted from recycled and Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified paper, ensuring that the fibers are responsibly sourced and renewable. They are printed with vegetable-based inks, which allow the packaging to be safely recycled or naturally biodegraded. This approach reflects our commitment to minimizing environmental impact at every stage of a product’s life.

The Shiso Illustration

Each box carries a calligraphic illustration of the shiso plant, a botanical long valued for its culinary and medicinal properties. The artwork was first painted in India ink by our founder, then digitally reinterpreted in collaboration with artist Amit Greenberg. The result is an image that feels abstract and painterly at first glance, yet is rooted in intentionality.

This blend of nature and artistry mirrors our philosophy: no decision at LINNÉ is arbitrary.
