A warm summer day is a great time to make a batch of sun tea for the week ahead. Fill a glass carafe with water and fully submerge the herbs. Give the mixture a swirl to promote herb dispersion and water absorption. Leave in a sunny spot for several hours. Strain and serve warm or cold.
