HYDROSOLS 🌼
Hydrosols, or floral waters are herbal distillates. They are the byproduct of essential oil production through steam distillation. However secondary to the essential oil process, these incidentals have value on their own. They are hydrating and contain water-soluble plant components that serve the skin in a variety of ways. Our REFRESH mineral mist contains hydro-distillates of olive leaf, calendula, lemon verbena, red clover, red raspberry and lavender, together providing the skin with nutrients known to calm irritation, increase hydration, heal wounds, improve skin clarity and promote radiance. While REFRESH does clear and tighten pores, it is not your typical astringent "toner". Thanks to these nourishing herbal waters we prefer to think of it as a floral essence or spritzable serum.
