Your skin should not require a cream if you are using REFRESH + Oil and/or RENEW + Oil as the combination of products provide the elements of a traditional moisturizer but without the emulsifiers, stabilizers and waxes that are typically required to bind these oil-soluble and water-soluble ingredients. If applying sunscreen, this will follow oil application.
