Insert strainer. Add two tablespoons of SKIN TEA to the strainer. Fill bottle, pouring hot liquid over tea until the herbs are fully submerged in water. Allow to steep 5 minutes or longer. 

Hand-wash only with hot, soapy water. Add vinegar to get an even deeper clean.
