THE BENEFITS OF SWEAT

Get your sweat on! While the beauty industry once considered sweating “unladylike” we have all hopefully moved on from the absurdity of that statement! We know better now - it’s a healthy human function with many health benefits.

💧The optimal pH factor for the skin is the same as the pH factor of sweat.

With that said, the impurities in sweat can reabsorb if skin isn’t cleansed.
