Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your LINNÉ ritual. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be at least 70% full.
• We recommend introducing one product at a time when trying something new.

 

Refunds & Processing

• Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected.
• A 10% handling fee per item will be deducted from your refund.

 

How to Start a Return

Email hello@linnebotanicals.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

 

Shipping Your Return

Please securely wrap your items and ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. LINNÉ is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number inside the package. Shipping fees are not covered.

 

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
